The Washington County Housing Authority will open its waiting list from November 13, 2023 to November 15, 2023 Preliminary Applications may be obtained and will ONLY be accepted between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm at the Washington Crown Center 1500 West Chestnut Street, Washington, PA (Near the Main Entrance, watch for signs) The Housing Authority provides reasonable accommodations for persons with special needs upon request. Incomplete preliminary applications will not be accepted, this includes missing Income, Social security numbers and birthdates for each family member. ALL applications will be date and time stamped for list placement. Preliminary Applications will not be available or accepted at any Housing Authority office. Immediate rental assistance is not available Please DO NOT call or email for an application FINAL ELIGIBILITY will be determined when your name reaches the top of the wait list. Preliminary applications received prior to 10:00am November 13, 2023 and after 3:00 pm November 15, 2023 will not be accepted.
