C. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WASHINGTON COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY TO ADOPT A REVISED ADMISSION AND OCCUPANCY POLICY HENCEFORTH, REFERRED TO AS THE ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY POLICY (ACOP), FOR PUBLIC HOUSING TO INCLUDE REQUIRED UPDATES
BOROUGH OF NORTH CHARLEROI:
A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH TEDESCO EXCAVATING & PAVING, INCORPORATED AS REGARDS THE WCHA NATHAN GOFF REAR PARKING AREA ELECTRICAL UPGRADES PROJECT AT THE NATHAN GOFF JUNIOR APARTMENTS, BOROUGH OF NORTH CHARLEROI, WHICH SAID CONTRACT IS TO BE EXECUTED ON BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY BY ITS PROPER OFFICERS. CONTRACT AMOUNT: $124,000.00.
B. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH TEDESCO EXCAVATING & PAVING, INCORPORATED AS REGARDS THE WCHA NATHAN GOFF BUS LOOP GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT THE NATHAN GOFF JUNIOR APARTMENTS, BOROUGH OF NORTH CHARLEROI, WHICH SAID CONTRACT IS TO BE EXECUTED ON BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY BY ITS PROPER OFFICERS. CONTRACT AMOUNT: $343,000.00.
​DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Draft Annual Plan – The Annual Plan provides a source for interested parties to locate basic policies, PHA operations, programs and services. The Plan is required to be submitted annually by HUD.
2. 2026 Annual Capital Fund Plan and 2026 CFP 5-year Plan - Both the Annual and 5-year CFP Budgets are included in the Annual Plan. They reflect our intent to make specific Capital Improvements during a 5-year time period. The Budget numbers can be adjusted to reflect more accurate estimates of the work to be done. Our intent is to get as many work items as possible in the 5-year Plan. Board members should review the items (not so much the amounts) and suggest additional items or changes.
3. Audit Report:
​The Audit Report for the Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2025.
4. Dump Truck Replacement.
