Preliminary Applications Accepted The Washington County Housing Authority will open its waiting list
from
March 14, 2022 through March 18, 2022
Preliminary Applications may be obtained and will ONLY be
accepted between 11:00 am and 3:30 pm
at the
Washington Crown Center
1500 West Chestnut Street, Washington, PA
(Near the Main Entrance).
The Housing Authority provides reasonable accommodations for persons
with special needs upon request.
Incomplete preliminary applications will not be accepted, this includes missing Income, Social security numbers and birthdates for each family
member. Please be sure to bring these items with you.
ALL applications will be date and time stamped for list placement. Preliminary Applications will not be available or accepted at any Housing
Authority office.
Immediate rental assistance is not available Please DO NOT call for an application
FINAL ELIGIBILITY will be determined when your name reaches the top of
the wait list.
The Preliminary Application is used to determine INITIAL program eligibility
and to place you on the Housing Choice Voucher Wait list. Preliminary applications received prior to 11:00am and after 3:30pm each day between March 14, 2022 to March 18, 2022 will not be accepted.
